Dr. Cobbs is a healer with 25 years of Clinical Practice and combines the knowledge of Applied Kinesiology, Rehabilitative Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Spinal Neuro-Reconnection, Vector Point Craniopathy, Neuro-Emotional Technique, and Chinese Energetic Therapy, Bio Energetic Synergistic Technique (BEST technique). The BEST technique has been developed by Dr. Morter over the last 40 years. Spinal Neuro-Reconnection is a technique that increases nerve energy at the spinal level and central nervious system which energetically resets any weak point in the body systems. The weak points may be Physical, Mental, Emotional, Psychological, Psychic, Spiritual, or a combination of these systems.
